Terms and conditions

We are committed to the safety of all persons who attend our lessons and to deliver the highest standard of service.

Participating in a Musical Friends class is entirely at your own risk without any proven negligence, breach of duty of care or lack of due diligence by Musical Friends., your local Franchise or its employees.

 

Payment Method:

0-5 Musical Friends sessions: Pay as you go, Advance booking Essential. 

Refunds/ Cancellations

0-5 years Musical Friends sessions: Sessions are pay as you go, we do not ask for up front fee, so If you leave the session early we can not offer a refund or gift the session.

Cancellation. If more than 72 hours notice is given we can offer your space to another customer, if the space if filled we will then beable to offer refund/credit

less than 72 we can not offer refund, please note refund is not guaranteed, only if space is refilled.

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.

 

Supervision:

0-5 years Musical Friends Session. All children must be supervised at all times and not left unattended. The Class Leader cannot be responsible for a child at any time.

Should a carer or associated visitor behave in a way that the Class Leader feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the client.

 

Cancellation:

Musical Friends will endeavor to run classes during bad weather e.g. snowy conditions. However should we need to cancel due to safety concerns, parents will be notified via the contact details issued when booking ,Facebook page and on website.

Illness

Parents are asked to keep their children at home if they have a serious infection.

Please keep your baby at home if he/she:

  • Has any covid symptoms or has been asked to self isolate. 

  • Has had an upset stomach or diarrhoea in the previous 48 hours

  • Has heavy nasal discharge

  • Has discharging eyes

  • Has symptoms of a possible communicable diseases such as:

  • Measles

  • Chicken pox

  • German measles

  • Whooping cough

  • Impetigo

  • Scarlett fever

  • Hand, foot and mouth disease

  • Norovirus

We cannot offer a refund for a lesson missed due to illness.

Protection of properties

Please note that your property left in prams or bags is your responsibility and Musical Friends cannot take any responsibility for the safeguarding of these items.


Codes and conduct:

Musical Friends Member Responsibilities & Codes of Conduct.

As a Musical Friends member you play an important role in the successful and enjoyable participation of the Musical Friends Activity. Good conduct is necessary to ensure that you have fun, be happy and stay safe.

Your responsibilities are:

 To follow and abide by the Musical Friends rules.

 At all times show respect and understanding for the safety and welfare of others.

 Participants should treat all of the building and the equipment in it with respect.

Ensure appropriate use of language is maintained at all times.

 All participants must remain with their teacher until their parent or guardian comes to collect them.
